Can you share your views on the importance of sleep and how to decide on the number of hours of sleep. I have been sleeping only 6 hours since a long time now and feel completely fresh during the day. But nowadays I get confused a lot on seeing posts, blogs etc on the internet that stress on 8 hours sleep to ensure long term health. Just wanted to know your opinion on this.
I have subscribed many high quality newsletters, but everytime these emails slide into my inbox I mark them as starred and procastinate to read them, but this is not the case with tanay's newsletters. I can't stop the urge to consume the content as soon as I receive it, very strange right!!? Humko bhi sikhado bhayya eise wala skills 🥲😂.
