What are top non-technical skills recruiters look for in an interview other than communication and friendliness? How to showcase them if we have those skills and if we dont have those, in what ways can we work toward cultivating it. And also option 1.

I really can't think being in recruiters' shoes in many of the tiniest things! Feel like I need to know a lot how recruiters think!

1 & 2 both look interesting to me. As a student who is introvert and shy to ask questions, the first question will be interesting to read. About second, I'll get a better perspective of what to put on that table and read the room while being interviewed.
