What are top non-technical skills recruiters look for in an interview other than communication and friendliness? How to showcase them if we have those skills and if we dont have those, in what ways can we work toward cultivating it. And also option 1.
1 & 2 both look interesting to me. As a student who is introvert and shy to ask questions, the first question will be interesting to read. About second, I'll get a better perspective of what to put on that table and read the room while being interviewed.

Bhaiya,
I feel 2nd option is much needed
I vote point 2!
I really can't think being in recruiters' shoes in many of the tiniest things! Feel like I need to know a lot how recruiters think!
Point 2 should be focused
Point 2 seems important to me. With most of graduates sharing the common ground of lacking industry skills then what makes them choose one over other.
That's great Tanay. I would like to hear more about point 2 that is the recruiter's point of view.
Both 1&2 🙂
How about take company inputs/ requirements and then teach accordingly?
